Why We Use Professional-Grade Cleaning Products (And Why It Matters to Our Clients)

Cleaning chemicals

A clean office isn’t just about appearances, it’s about safety, health, and the impression you leave on employees, clients, and visitors. At EvenMor Property Services, we understand that every surface matters and every detail counts.

In 1956, Spartan® Chemical Company introduced HD-10®, an all-purpose cleaner designed specifically for professional cleaning companies. With philosophies like “Make Clean Simple” and a focus on efficiency in a fast-paced world, it’s no surprise Spartan products quickly became an industry standard. Fast-forward to 2026, and EvenMor Property Services’ cleaning protocols would look very different without these trusted solutions.

EvenMor has built its success on cleanliness powered by easy-to-follow chemical systems. Each product we use comes with a precise concentration formula and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), allowing our team to clean spaces, whether large-scale facilities or intimate offices, safely and efficiently.

Clear labels and a color-coded system make chemical handling intuitive and consistent. The result? A safer crew, happier clients, and dependable outcomes. Professional-grade cleaning products prevent streaks, lingering odors, and unnecessary rework. Consistency matters. We understand how important it is for your workspace to look exactly as you envision it: clean, professional, and welcoming. That’s why the products we choose are just as critical as the people using them.

To ensure proper dilution and consistent performance across every job, we utilize multiple professional dilution methods tailored to each space and application. In larger facilities, we rely on Spartan Dilution Centers, which automatically dispense the correct chemical-to-water ratio with the push of a button, eliminating guesswork and ensuring accuracy. In smaller or specialty cleaning areas, our trained technicians follow strict guidelines using a carefully measured free-pour method, or by utilizing pre-portioned one-ounce screw-on tops that deliver exact measurements every time. No matter the setting, these systems ensure every solution is mixed correctly, safely, and consistently.

Now, let’s walk through how we keep your spaces spotless.

We begin with Spartan NABC® bathroom cleaner. Restrooms are high-traffic, high-expectation areas, and proper dilution is essential. It allows us to remove soap scum and grime effectively without leaving residue or harsh odors. Strong enough to clean thoroughly, yet safe for daily use.

Next, we move on to the floors. We either utilize the dilution centers that effortlessly fill mop buckets with Spartan Damp Mop®,  or carefully measure out the solution cleaner using dispenser markings. Accurate measurement prevents dull or slippery floors while effectively removing soil. When mixed properly, mops glide smoothly, floors dry clean, and no sticky residue is left behind.

Last, but certainly not least, we focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Accuracy here is critical. Using Profect Neutral64®, we ensure the disinfectant remains on surfaces long enough to work effectively. This process ensures door handles, light switches, and restroom fixtures are truly sanitized, and not just superficially cleaned.

Our attention doesn’t stop at restrooms and high-traffic areas. We also care for the floors that sustain daily activity. By using a full range of professional floor care products, from cleaners to finishers and strippers, we extend floor life, enhance appearance, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

At EvenMor Property Services, our goal is simple: to provide a cleaning experience that is consistent, professional, and reliable. By combining trusted Spartan Chemical products with a trained and meticulous team, we ensure every surface we touch reflects the care, pride, and attention you expect.

Experience the difference professional cleaning can make in your space. Clean, safe, and welcoming environments aren’t just our promise, they’re our standard.
