Proud to Be Part of Something Bigger: EvenMor Property Services and the Perry Center for Native American Art

At EvenMor Property Services, we have the privilege of caring for spaces where people work, learn, gather, and create memories. Every building has its own purpose, and we take pride in the role we play in keeping those spaces clean, welcoming, and ready for the people who use them.

But every once in a while, an opportunity comes along that feels especially meaningful.

We're incredibly proud to share that EvenMor Property Services has been selected to provide the post-construction cleaning for the new Perry Center for Native American Art at Shelburne Museum in Shelburne, Vermont.

A New Space Dedicated to History, Art, and Culture

Scheduled to open in the summer of 2027, the Perry Center for Native American Art will be a significant addition to Shelburne Museum.

The approximately 11,200-square-foot center will provide a dedicated space for the exhibition and care of more than 500 Indigenous items representing hundreds of Tribal Nations across North America.

The project reflects years of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a commitment to honoring and preserving Indigenous art, history, and cultural heritage.

From the architectural design to the surrounding landscape, the center has been thoughtfully developed with attention to the cultural significance of the collections it will house.

It's a project that represents something much greater than a new building. It's an investment in education, preservation, and the opportunity for future generations to experience and learn from these important collections.

Our Role in Bringing This Space to Life

Before a newly constructed building can welcome its first visitors, there's an important step that takes place behind the scenes.

Post-construction cleaning is about more than removing the dust and debris left behind during the building process. It's about carefully preparing a space for the people who will soon walk through its doors.

From detailed cleaning of floors and surfaces to removing the fine dust that settles throughout construction, every step requires patience, proper techniques, and attention to detail.

For a project like the Perry Center, we recognize that the materials and finishes throughout the building require a thoughtful and specialized approach to cleaning. Our team will be following the cleaning protocols and procedures recommended by the manufacturers, using the specific cleaning products and materials designated for each surface. This ensures that our work not only achieves the level of cleanliness expected but also helps protect the integrity and longevity of the materials used throughout the facility.
